For Christmas I got a treadmill and I love it! I decided to continue my weightloss on my blog to share! I 3 pounds the week of Christmas then new years week I only ran one day so I gained 5 pounds! :( This week I've been working out everyday except wed I took a mini break! Haha but for those that don't know I have asthma and when I run I usually can't run too long because I start having an attack...I'm trying to get over that and so im running everyday! This year I want to run a half marathon! Help me get there! Today I ran for 5 min on speed 4.0 then walked for 2 min on speed 3.0 and 3.5 on a 10 incline. I then ran 3 min on 4.0 speed then walked for 4 min on 10 and 8 incline then ran 2 min on 4.0 speed and walked the rest. My total workout was 30 minutes with 1.7 mile distance and 288 calories burned. Pretty good for not working out for over a year! I'll get there I have to may or June to be at my half Marathon goal!
