4th of July

For the 4th this year we went to Bear Lake to hang out with the Miller side of the fam! It was a BLAST! We got there Friday about the same time that Matt, Cindy, Derek, and Julie all showed up! We then were SO excited we could put our stuff INSIDE a real closet this time! For those that don't know, Whit's parents are building a house right next door to where his mom grew up! This house has been a project for the whole family! It's been SO fun learning how to build a house! A couple weekends ago we painted our room and were able to put up closet doors, so this time it was SO neat to FINALLY put our things inside the closet!!! Friday we just relaxed! Saturday we rode the 4-wheelers and motorcycles, painted, then went to BEAR LAKE! OH MY GOSH THE WATER WAS SOOOO HIGH! It was so fun to be able to walk out a couple miles from the "not so much beach" and it only went up to our hips! We then had a wonderful dinner! Sunday we went to church, relaxed, slept, and had an awesome firework show that night!! Monday we rode some more motorcycles, worked on the house, then came home! It was a MUCH needed relaxing weekend! :)

The proud Omi and Opi....my mom and dad....are ESPECIALLY loving every minute of being grandparents! (By the way that is a form of saying grandma and grandpa in German! He weighed 7 lbs 11 oz and was 22 almost 23 inches long! BIG BOY! He is so sweet! We love him so much and are SO glad he's now part of the fam!!!

Easter!

This year for Easter I decided to do an Easter egg hunt for Whit! It was SOO fun! I felt like I was living back at home again when the Easter bunny would come visit my house! We made sure we did the hunt before church too! I loved every minute of it! Whit was sure embarrassed but secretly he loved it too!!!!

Whit and Shiloh's shed

In the back of our 4-plex we have this corner that didn't have anything in it. So, the boys decided to build a shed! They built it within 3 hours and it fits all the motorcycles just PERFECT! Love, love, LOVE having handy men!!!

Moab Part 2

We went to Moab during our 10 day break from Winter semester to Spring semester with our AWESOME neighbors and their family! It was SOO much fun! Within the first hour that we were there I got stuck on the motorcycle. (Blew a spark plug) and Whit had to go back to camp to get a truck to come back to save me. Luckily, there was a family that was jeeping that CAME TO THE RESCUE! It was awesome! They decked out some old 1980's 4-runners and were rock climbing! I LOVED getting a ride back with them! I found a new boyfriend! He's about 4 years old! Told me he loved me! I told Whit that he's got some major competition with that lil one! ;) We then went to see Delicate Arch and a few other arches! It was SO awesome! I've never seen anything like it! We then went on the best trail ever...it's called 10 mile wash! I can't WAIT to go back and try that baby out! We had soo much fun with these guys and can't wait to go back!
