HONEYMOON IN HAWAII

For our Honeymoon we decided we wanted to go to Hawaii, because one, Kristi's never been there, and two, after you're married when do you ever get to go fun places like this right?
This is us taking a tour at Pearl Harbor, the bay is behind us!Standing over the USS Arizona....uhh we're excited!

The Arizona underwater, yes that is oil surrounding it still!

The Memorial that showed which boat was which!

We found our anchor......it's huge huh?

Those are HUMONGOUS goldfish! They were attacking the cement below us, because everyone kept feeding them. It was crazy to see them flap around and fight over their food!

Look it's a PINK pineapple!!!

Can you see us in the stack of pineapples??? Peek a boo I see you!

Whit and his Pineapple float! I just got pineapple icecream covered in pineapples on top! DELICIOUS!!!!

Just leaving the mother ship on our way to go parasailing!

AAHHH WE'RE PARASAILING!!!!

HOLD ON!!! Look how high we are!

We got the longest ride probably because we were the only ENGLISH speaking people on board!

We wanted to make sure we got our parachute in the picture!!!

Yes, that little thing down in the water is our boat!

We only wanted to go parasailing but because we had to wait so long for everyone else they threw in snorkeling for free!!! Oh yeah!

Look how close they are! The captain on board kept throwing bread into the water and the fish were going CRAZY! On our way back to shore we saw a HUGE sea turtle, but this was our last pic on the film so we couldn't take a picture!

We decided to just drive up the coastline on the west side of Oahu and we found these awesome cliffs that had huge waves crashing up against them!

We waited for a while to take this so there could be a huge wave.......

But of course I got the bigger wave in my picture.......

Okay lets try this one more time....still nothing........

Then the mother of all waves hit, and toppled right over me and up to where Whit was taking the picture.....I thought I was a gonner for sure.....and yes I was drenched!

We continued driving and found this beach that had probably 7-9 feet tall waves right along the shore so Whit decided to go play in them! He got thrown by one of them but luckily he popped back up!!!

Okay now you can't go to Hawaii without going to see the temple right??? We did a morning session, and it was so awesome! This temple is GORGEOUS!

Here is a picture of the temple all by itself!

Heidi told us of a really good place to eat that is by the Temple and Polynesian Cultural Center called Papa Ole's! So we stopped by, but Papa Ole decided to close it the ONLY day that we were up there! So this picture is for Heidi!! We ended up eating next door at Domino's, which was still good!

At last we made it to the Polynesian Cultural Center!!! First stop of course...FIJI!!! Bula Vinaka!!! They asked people to come up on stage that were on the honeymoon or celebrating an anniversary! We got to learn a Fijian dance...SO AWESOME!

Next stop NEW ZEALAND! Since I am a quarter Maori we couldn't leave this tribe out of course! It was fun to see the Stick game that Aunt Marlena taught us Spring Semester for Whit's dance class, and also to learn how to spin the poi balls! TRUST ME ITS HARDER THAN IT LOOKS!
We had a blast on our honeymoon and wish we were still there! A week in Hawaii was a dream come true, just like when I married the man of my dreams! We can't wait until we've got money to go back again! We miss the awesome weather.....none of this cold/no snow stuff!!!!
